By creating an account or using any part of the Aieffect.art service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Aieffect.art is an AI content generation platform that lets users create images, edit or restore photos, turn images into videos, and generate short AI videos. The service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit model. No subscription is required.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased in packs and deducted when you generate or process images, videos, or other supported AI content.
• Credits never expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
• All payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

• Content standards and prohibited categories: you may not use the service to generate, upload, edit, restore, transform, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Sexual/NSFW content: you may not generate sexually explicit, pornographic, fetish, nudity-focused, or other NSFW content. All generated content must be appropriate for general audiences.
• Violence/gore: you may not generate graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, realistic injury, or content that celebrates or instructs physical harm.
• Hate speech: you may not generate content that promotes hatred, harassment, dehumanization, or violence against protected classes or vulnerable groups.
• Child safety/CSAM: you may not generate, upload, request, or share child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, child exploitation, grooming, or any unsafe content involving minors.
• Deepfakes/impersonation: you may not impersonate real people, create deceptive deepfakes, or use any individual likeness, voice, identity, or private image without explicit permission.
• Copyright/trademark: you may not generate or distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized brand logos, characters, or protected works.
• Deception and abuse: you may not create misleading content intended to harm others, commit fraud, evade moderation, reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• Enforcement: violations may result in refused generations, content removal, credit withholding where allowed, account suspension or termination, and reports to authorities when legally required.
• User reporting: to report prohibited content or misuse, contact support@aieffect.art or use the in-account Feedback option with the relevant URL, task ID, user, and evidence.
• Platform review: we may use automated safety filters, provider moderation, and manual review of prompts, uploads, generated outputs, reports, and account activity to detect, remove, or restrict prohibited content.

6. Intellectual Property

Images, videos, and other outputs generated through Aieffect.art may be used for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Aieffect.art a limited license to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. All platform technology, branding, and software remain the exclusive property of Aieffect.art.

7. Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated images, videos, and restored or enhanced media are provided for creative, restoration, and entertainment purposes. Aieffect.art is not responsible for how generated content is used or distributed. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aieffect.art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
